Taffy (Submitted by Amy Roberts)

Taffy is a 7-year-old Rat Terrier that was a rescue dog from the South. She knows close to 10 tricks and loves to sunbathe all day.

Delta (Submitted by Kathleen Measer)

Delta is almost 1 year old. She is a female Keeshond who will follow in her sister's (Daphne) footsteps and become an agility genius.

Lucky (Submitted by Cailyn Contreras)

Lucky is a 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel who truly is "special." He is what my mom calls the perpetual puppy. He thinks he is an infant child and acts accordingly! He never leaves my side, and when I go outside, he sits in the window and waits for me -- he literally won't move. She once timed him. I went to a school dance, and he got in the window (she has pics), and one hour and 26 minutes later, he is in exactly the same spot waiting. I love my pup! He is charming, loving and a huge source of funny in our house!

Gracie (Submitted by Heather Stoneman)

My sweet Shih Tzu, Gracie, will be celebrating her second birthday in a couple of weeks. In a house full of boys, she is my sweet baby girl. She loves to cuddle at night, and by day she is quite the swimmer! Whenever anyone mentions swimming or is anywhere near the pool deck, she jumps and whines to go in. As soon as she sees her pretty pink life jacket, she sits right down to have it put on, and away she goes.

Selene (Submitted by Matthew Schnittker)

Selene is a 2-year-old Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. She is always full of energy and ready to play, though she isn't shy about jumping in your lap to cuddle either! Her favorite toy is a little basketball she loves to chase around. Her favorite treat is Beggin' Strips (but come on, who doesn't like bacon right?). Her favorite trick is "stick ‘em up," where she gets on her hind legs and puts her front paws up, and then she likes to play dead when we say, "Bang!" She can be quite the dramatic actress sometimes!

Titan (Submitted by James Liles)

Our 7-year-old Great Dane is definitely a gentle giant. Our baby Titan is the most loving dog and has the biggest heart. He loves to play with his "babies" -- stuffed animals -- and shake for every treat given to him. But if you sit on his spot on the couch, he will stare at you 'till you move. We own a small two-door car, and his tail can hang out one window while his head hangs out the other, and he enjoys his car rides. Titan is the biggest little baby in our home, and we love him to death.

Licker (Submitted by Marilynn Metz)

Licker is a 6-year-old Chihuahua who is a rescue from the SPCA. Licker is very laid back, sweet Chihuahua. He has been a therapy dog at Hospice for the last 4.5 years and also participates in home Hospice visits. He is the "king" of Hospice -- everyone knows and loves him. When he arrives at his most recent home Hospice assignment, the sun comes out in the face of the gentleman he visits when he gets there. Licker also is an agility dog -- he loves going to his class and really enjoys running the various courses. Of course, treats help. Licker has had a canine "girlfriend" since he was a puppy. He is a one dog kind of guy -- no other dog can top his love for his Sophie! He has a canine "sister", Daisy Mae, a kitty brother and sister and a bunny brother -- all rescues. He gets along with all of them wonderfully. Licker is a very special little man who brings so much love to his family and all around him.

Henry (Submitted by Matthew Wukovits)

How do I even begin to tell you about Henry? At just over a year old, he already has figured out how to win the hearts of everyone he meets. He's a black and tan Dachshund with a mischievous personality and a genuine desire to please. This affectionate little guy will steal your discarded socks or towel one minute, then give you lots of snuggles and kisses the next! Henry loves to chew up his little stuffed barn or chase his large red ball around the yard. And his favorite trick? That's easy! He plays dead when you point your finger at him and say, "Bang!” Oh, and a favorite pastime is to go to Daddy's laptop, move the cursor around with his paw on the pad and try to bite it off the screen. Yep, that's our Henry!

Jack and Jordan (Submitted by Katie Welsted)

Jack and Jordan are both rescue dogs that my husband and I adopted. We got Jack a year and a half ago and Jordan just recently. They are both around 2 years old and the same size, which makes it perfect for playtime! They are also both mixes, but to us they kind of look like a mini-German Shepherd and a mini-Golden Retriever. They are super active dogs, and we love hanging out with them on our porch, taking them boating and to concerts in the park. They also are snugglers, which you can see from the photo! We also have two rescue cats, so with constant vet bills, the money could really come in handy for their expenses, plus I love to spoil our pups whose lives started out a bit rough!

Beatrice (Bea) is the love of our life! She's 4 years old and likes to bark at other dogs on the TV. She likes to run and fetch the ball and return it for a treat.
