Actor and TV Host Richard Dawson died at the age of 79 over the weekend.

Richard Dawson is best known for his work on the sitcom "Hogan's Heroes", and as the original host of the "Family Feud." He was also known for greeting the female "Feud" contestants with a kiss, and therefore earned the nickname "Kissing Bandit."

Richard Dawson died at the Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles after suffering complications of esophageal cancer.
