Angry Neighbors Put Car in Tree

Have you ever been 'ticked-off' by someone speeding around your neighborhood? Residents of a Polish village tormented by a local speeder have sent a serious message to the 'lead foot' driver by hoisting his car into a huge willow tree. Zbigniew Filo didn't even have his driver's license, but he constant speeding had been angering neighbors for months. The 24-year-old had spent a good amount of time 'souping-up" his Ford Escort, which probably annoyed him even more when police ordered him to remove his car from the nearby tree. The driver responded, unamused, "I got the message, but I think it was a bit harsh."
