Do you know, I've been doing this for over twenty years. Writing this biography, I mean! I never know what to put in or leave out of these things. Do any of you have that problem? Anyway, here goes...

I'm a native Buffalonian, now living in Niagara Falls [which probably explains why I look so damp at times]. I went to Canisius High School, and Gannon University in Erie, Pa [actually, I went back when it was Gannon College], and would recommend either one to anyone looking for Grade-A education.

I really have been here at Joy-FM for twenty years now and, at the risk of looking like a brown-noser, it's the best place I've ever worked at [no wonder Chille's been here so long!].

People ask me if it's difficult to work the all-night shift. Not really. Of course, considering some of my ancestors came from Transylvania, that's probably not surprising.

If you read this far, thank you. If not, you'll never really know, will you?

If you use Google (and really, who doesn't?), you've probably noticed that, from time to time, the logo is replaced with a special piece of art .

Better Kissing May Improve The Romance – Here’s How

Kissing. It's the most common way for us to interact with our spouse or romantic partner (in public, anyway). But can we make it better for that 'special someone'? According to WebMD.com , the answer is "yes".

Space Station May Have To Be Left Unmanned

If you have to leave your house unoccupied, say during a vacation, it can leave you very worried about what could go wrong. Now imagine if that "house" were orbiting the Earth!

“Sugar Rush”: The Snack Food Strikes Back! (VIDEO)

As you've probably noticed, vending machines are just about everywhere, tempting us with food choices good and bad. Many school districts have decided to fill their machines with healthy food. But elsewhere, we're on our own. In fact, I could even understand unhealthy options filling machines in certain locations.

Science Confirms: Chocolate DOES Reduce Heart Attacks, Strokes

You've been hearing it for a while now: Research indicating chocolate (especially dark chocolate) can help reduce blood pressure, "bad" cholesterol, and plaque buildup on arteries. But no one had ever studied if eating chocolate could help cut back on heart attacks and strokes. Until now...

“Big Brother” Fans WAAAAAY Over The Top

I hate to start your day sounding like a crank. But sometimes I just have to.

I'll begin at the beginning. Every summer for the last few years, CBS-TV has aired a program called Big Brother. They put a number of people into a small "house", gives them simple tasks to perform, then waits for them to start acting like rats in a maze. I can excuse the players getting loopy. After all, they're in the maze.  But when the viewers lose their sense of reality, I lose it too.

Niagara Falls Daredevils Week-Day 5 (VIDEO)

A week of Niagara Falls daredevils wraps up with perhaps the most scientific stunter ever to conquer Niagara. As we shall see, though, even the most carefully planned stunt can have unplanned complications.

Niagara Falls Daredevils Week-Day 4

(This was supposed to be a look at the "Last of the Niagara Daredevils. But, to be honest, I'd forgotten all about today's subject. His story should be told, 50 years after his moment in Niagara history. The "Last of the Niagara Daredevils" can wait one day-MR)

Today's entry in our look at Niagara Falls daredevils took place in 1961. It tells the story of a mysterious man who called himself "Nathan Boya". He's the only black person to go over the Falls. And, unlike most stunters, he doesn't seem to have done it for fame or fortune, but just to say he had. Or maybe it was something else...

Niagara Falls Daredevils Week-Day 3 [Video]

More than a few movies have been set in, or featured scenes shot at Niagara Falls. Marilyn Monroe had a breakout performance in 1953's Niagara (while simultaneously being courted by two different suitors while they were all staying on different floors of the same Niagara Falls, ON hotel!). Clark and Lois honeymooned at the Falls in 1980's Superman II. And, in what may have been the first major scene shot there, a legendary magician performed real magic in the pounding waters at the brink of the cataract.

Niagara Falls Daredevils Week [Day 2]

Our week-long look at Niagara Falls daredevils continues today with the amazing-but-true tale of A. E. Taylor, the first person to go over the Falls in a barrel. As we'll see, Taylor hoped for a little financial security, which sadly proved rather elusive (There are those who believe that the cataract is under a curse, a result of the many deaths recorded there. Anyone who's looked into the post-Niagara lives of most daredevils, as I have, may start believing in curses).
