Betty White Voted Entertainer of the Year

I LOVE Betty White. No surprise that The Associated Press named her Entertainer of the Year for 2010. It all started with a little thing called Facebook...

Earlier this year fans of Betty White rallied on Facebook for her to host Saturday Night Live. And it worked! Too bad she didn't even know what Facebook was! Since then the 88 year old actress has been working non stop from commercials, to guest appearances to her a lead role in the TV show Hot In Cleveland.

There were over 100 ballots submitted from news organizations across the U.S. that made up the AP’s membership. The votes were based on who had the most influence on the entertainment world this year. Although I will always love her as Rose Nylund, White has moved past her Golden Girls days and has ventured on to new projects.
