Justin Bieber fans have a few things to take note of today.  His new movie will be even newer this Friday... with the addition of some more unseen footage.  And, Bieber has cut his hair... really...

Justin Bieber's signature hair-do is no more.  TMZ.com reports that the young pop star snipped his swooping bangs while on the set of a music video for a song he did with country stars Rascal Flatts.  Bieber told TMZ that he felt it was time to, quote, "change it up," adding that he thinks the new look gives him what he calls a more mature look.  Bieber's lopped locks were reportedly collected and will be given to various organizations for charity purposes.  TMZ, for instance, says it plans to use the hair to raise money for animal charities.

Meanwhile, there's a new version of Justin Bieber's movie "Never Say Never."  For one week only beginning Friday, fans will flock to theaters to see 40-minutes of Bieber, in 3-D, that's not in the original.  The documentary's running time will only be extended ten minutes.  Jon M. Chu, the director of "Never Say Never," cut a half-hour from the first version.  Chu says he spent hours on Facebook and Twitter trying to find out what Bieber fans wanted to see.  The new cut will reveal more of Bieber hanging out with friends and new concert material.
