Buffalo Real Estate On The Rise

What does the Buffalo-Niagara Falls region have in common with San Jose, Honolulu, Boston, San Antonio, and Cape Coral Florida? You may be hard pressed to think of anything. However we join these  cities on the list of areas where the value of homes is increasing! The mean price of a home in our area is $159, 412, up 1%, ranking the Buffalo region at number seven on the list!  The forecast is for home values  to increase 1% each year until 2014, and then jump by 4%! Pretty good, especially when you look at cities like Reno, Phoenix, and Orlando where home values are decreasing.
