Eat at your own risk!

So I was off on Monday and Tuesday, and one of the things I did was go to my son's school to help build gingerbread houses.  I received an email from his teacher looking for volunteers, so I said, "Why not?"

I got to school, and myself and five ladies needed to put together 80 houses for the entire first grade! Guess I was going to be there a little longer than I thought.

In the end, I built 30 of the 80 needed. Not to brag, but mine were far better looking than everyone else's!

The kids will decorate them Thursday and then bring them home.

They were easy to do. The paste is made of 1 pound of confectionery sugar, 2 egg whites and a half teaspoon of cream of tarter.  Whip it together, and you are good to go!
