"Skinny fat" people look fit, sometimes thin, in clothing, but are revealed to be flabby underneath. Studies at the Mayo Clinic estimate that up to 30 million Americans may be suffering from "normal weight obesity".

Doctors at the Mayo Clinic say you should check with your doctor if you think you may have "normal weight obesity".
