What's with cars and restaurants? At one point a car crashing into a restaurant was considered an oddity, but today it seems like regular news.

It happened just before 4pm Monday afternoon at Milos Restaurant on Main Street in the village of Williamsville, ...when a car driven by 80 year old Marion Ressel of Tonawanda crashed into the building.

"She flew past me and the next thing I heard was this crash and when I got up to look, I said oh my God Jerry she drove into the building,"

that's how Shirley Wagner Greenberg of Clarence described the incident.

As it plowed into the restaurant, the car injured two patrons seated near the other side of the wall. A Williamsville couple suffered minor injuries. The restaurant was forced to close while the building was checked out. It is expected to reopen in the next day or two.
