Comedian Kevin Hart To Host The MTV Video Music Awards

MTV announced this week that Comedian Kevin Hart will host the 2012 Video Music Awards.

The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on September 6th from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

In case you're not exactly sure who Kevin Hart is, he is best known for his hit concert film "Laugh at My Pain", appears on sitcom "Modern Family", and most recently hosted the 2011 BET Awards Ceremony.
