Differences Between Dads Of The 1900s And Dads Of Today
The fact that times have changes is an understatement.
Here are some major differences between dads in the 1900s and dads of today:
In 1900, if a father put a roof over his family's head, he was a success. Today it takes a roof, a deck, a hot tub and a four-car garage.
In 1900, fathers shook their kids gently in the morning and said, "Wake up, time for school". Today, kids violently shake their fathers at 4 a.m. and say, "Wake up, it's time for hockey practice."
In 1900, fathers had a breakfast of eggs, bacon and potatoes. Today, fathers have soy milk, Special K and a lecture on cholesterol.
Just a couple subtle differences, but their are a million more. You can add to them below.
