Should we really be eating any donuts?  I think we all know donuts are not good for us, but now there's confirmation that one of my absolute favorite donuts is on the "no-no" list!

A new report on Fitbie.Msn.com  lists "10 Despicable Donuts" and it turns out my favorite is on the list.  It says the Tim Horton's Sour Cream Glazed Donut   has a total of 340 calories and 17 grams of fat.  Is that really so bad?  I don't think so.

Other donuts that made the list include:

Dunkin’ Donuts Blueberry Crumb Donut:  Fitbie lists this donut as having 500 calories and 52 grams of sugar, claiming that's equal to 20 Hershey Kisses.  (This one makes my Sour Cream Glazed favorite look like health food!)

Starbucks Old Fashioned Glazed Doughnut:  This donut has 420 calories and 34 grams of sugar, which is equal to 14 Starburst Squares according to Fitbie.

Little Debbie Mini Frosted Donuts:  Yes, that trip to the vending machine may cost you 240 calories and 14 grams of fat!  Doesn't sound too bad, but really - they're just bite sized donuts?

Entenmann’s Rich Frosted Soft’ees:  Fitbie lists this donut as having 330 calories and 23 grams of fat.
