People love their pets but come on!  According to a recent survey conducted by AAA, 21 percent of pet owners admitted to allowing their dogs to sit in their laps while they are driving!

  • 31 percent of respondents admitted to being distracted by their dogs while driving.
  • 59 percent participated in at least one distracting behavior while driving with their dog.
  • 55 percent have petted their dog while driving.
  • 7 percent give food and water to their dog while driving.
  • 5 percent play with their dog while driving.
