I don't smoke, I don't drink...well not that much and this statement does not include wine and martini's. With all kidding aside, the EGG is under attack again. I thought eggs were good for you. According to a new study eating a lot of eggs can build plaque on your arteries and it may be as bad as smoking.  I eat 1 1/2 dozen of eggs a week along with my heavy, heavy coffee consumption.  Last year the average American consumed over 200 eggs a year. Leave the yolks behind for heart healthier eating.
