Free public event featuring speakers, workshops and information tables about environmental and community sustainability. Speakers will discuss food safety and bisphenol-A in food packaging and urban farming and promoting access to fresh foods. A panel discussion will address sustainability initiatives among local food manufacturers-McCullagh Coffee, Perry's Ice Cream and Rich Products. Over 30 exhibitors. Free continental breakfast @ 8:30am.
