‘Junior’ — Fredonia Legend, Of Sorts — Passes Away

I am a proud 1997 graduate of SUNY Fredonia (and Gordon Sherer is an '85 grad too!), and we BOTH knew of this guy.  So if you, someone you know, or your kids have a connection to the campus or downtown area, chances are you know "Junior".

He was a legend in our minds...he was always hanging around downtown, chatting with us kids, and sometimes bumming a slice of pizza.  He helped area bars pick up for a couple extra bucks sometimes, and he was quite a character in his own right.

I was sad to see this in the obituaries.  So long, Junior.  We all loved you.
