Free Kids’ Haircuts at JC Penney — Where to Go in Buffalo

JC Penney offered free back-to-school haircuts for kids, and now they are at it again, just in time for holiday photos.

Every Sunday in November, JC Penney is offering free haircuts for kids in grades K-6.  Locally, here’s is where you can grab your free cut:
