This is the week most of us flock to the market to pick out the main for course for our family Thanksgiving feast.  Decisions, Decisions.  Will I pick what's ever on sale or go name brand? Fresh or frozen?   Should I take it up a notch and pick premium.  Does it make a major difference if the turkey of honor was raised in cage or roamed the range a "free bird"?
