Many of us will be traveling this holiday season. It would be nice if we could arrive at our destination as healthy as we started.  Once you have survived the TSA screenings, stood in any line, you want to settle in and relax in your tight airplane seat.Please oh please don't sit next to me if you are coughing, sneezing and blowing your nose.....UUGHH!!!  I have been known to politely move my seat. Here are some travel tips to say no to germs .

-Bring your own lightweight blanket and pillow

-Pack disinfectant wipes in your carry-on to clean your hands and     everything else around you.  Tray tables, arm rest etc

- Avoid your mouth, nose and eyes... Don't touch your face.

 -Keep your immune system strong. Bring the vitamin C.
