Jay Leno’s First Stand Up Appearance On “The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson” [VIDEO]

Thirty-five years have past since Jay Leno's made his stand-up debut on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson." A lot has changed since 1977. Who would have imagined then, that he would end up as host of the show years later?

The comic had more hair back then. Men's suits have come a long way.  (Leno's wearing a light green three piece suit with a striped shirt and a wild tie.)   How about his humor? Was Leno as funny then as he is now?  What do you think?
