Judge Grants Inmate’s Sex Change Wish

Ok, this is ridiculous. A federal judge ordered state prison officials to give a sex change surgery to a transgender inmate. And guess what--on our tax dollars.

According to yahoo, United States District Judge Mark Wolf ruled in favor of a 'woman' who is living in an all male facicilty. Michelle Kosilek, of Boston, was born as a man but after receiving hormone treatments, he now lives as a woman. He was convicted of killing his wife back in 1990.

A few thoughts here. 1.) Why the heck would Judge Wolf grant this to him? Why should we have to pay for someone's sex change....especially when they're in jail? 2.) If this is the case, why doesn't Wolf put him in an all woman prison? I mean...he did just let himself turn into a woman.
