Katie Couric’s Final CBS News Sign Off [VIDEO]

Katie Couric, anchored the CBS Evening News for the last time Thursday night,signing off by thanking viewers for "coming along with me on this incredible journey."

Sources say she will begin a new syndicated show on ABC in the fall of 2012. She'll also be making 'strategic guest appearances' on Good Morning America that will put her in a direct rivalry with former co-host Matt Lauer.

Couric's contract with CBS ends on June 6th of this year, the same day Scott Pelley is slated to take over the Anchor position.
