Kim Delaney Off The Wagon? [VIDEO]

It was a rough evening for actress Kim Delaney.  Kim stars in the TV series  " Army Wives" on Lifetime and was asked to speak at a gala honoring former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates. Gates was set to receive the liberty medal.

Kim's erratic behavior and slurred speech fueled speculation that she has fallen off the wagon. Kim has a past history of substance abuse. Ron Allen from NBC News has a report.
