Kirsten Dunst Talks Post Rehab
Kirsten Dunst opens up to BlackBook magazine about her rehab stint in 2008 at Cirque Lodge treatment center in Park City, Utah. She has a new movie coming out opposite Ryan Gosling and it looks like she is back on track.
Dunst checked herself into rehab for depression in 2008. She tells the mag that time in her life was "awful". Although she opened up about her stay, she doesn't give any details about it saying she still wanted to keep it quiet.
She did disclose that her struggles helped her connect to her character in her new movie (nothing like a good movie plug to help you 'open up' ). She says in the magazine,
"I was ready to play something like that. I had been living on the surface, emotionally, and I was feeling really vulnerable, so I was prepared to do anything at that point."
She says she lost her way but is back on track with her life. All I have to say is she looks pretty fantastic on the cover of BlackBook. I'm rooting for her!!
