LeAnn Rimes announced via Twitter yesterday that she is engaged to her boyfriend, actor Eddie Cibrian. Rumors had circulated that he asked her at Halloween, but that wasn't the case. This time it's for real! They've been a couple for two years, causing their relationship to hit the tabloids because they were both married at the time. Their divorces became final earlier this year.
