Most mothers tend to give as much advice to their children as possible, in most times being serious but sometimes humorous.

Here are a few examples of some wise words given by a few mothers to their children:

My mom taught me how to find the good in every situation, and that it's okay to make mistakes and learn from them. Natalie

Always pee before you leave. And take a sweater. Linda

My mother taught me "You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar" and it's always worked for me. Sarah

My mom taught me to always validate my children's feelings. That no matter what age 2, 12, 16, 30, their problems and heart aches are just as important to them, no matter how big or small, as our adult problems are to us. Melanie
