Trying to find a recipe to add some flavor to your taco night?

Here's one to top it off! Don't forget this delicious recipe from Delilah's loyal listener Donna:

My kids welcome any excuse for taco night. What kid wouldn't? So parents, put on your sombrero, hang the piñata...or simply put out an easy taco bar. And if you do, don't forget to top it off with Donna's famous guacamole. This alone makes a great case for having tacos tonight:
Donna's Famous Guacamole
I learned how to make really good guacamole when I was in Mexico, where it's often made at your table. So, when asked to write it down, it was a mental struggle! The measurements are only a guide, since you can customize this to your taste. I seldom make this with less than 6 avocados, just because it's that good, and who knows...might want to get a spoon and just finish it off. Don't mess it up by putting all sorts of stuff in it. Less is better with this recipe. Just let the avocados be the star. Donna

3 avocados, ripe, mashed somewhat
1/4 - 1/2 cup pico de gallo or chunky salsa
Nice fat sprig cilantro, chopped
1 T. lime juice
1/4 onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix together.
Put in bowl.
Place on table and stand back!
