A man in Houston was recently charged with child neglect after he left his car with his kids in it to take some groceries inside his house.

How many of us have done this? It's much easier to carry groceries inside BEFORE unbuckling the kids from their car seats, right?

While he was inside, a tow truck driver came up and towed the car away, even while neighbors shouted at the driver telling him there were children in the car. In the video, you can see he was parked along the red curb right outside his apartment building, not even on a public street.

Do you think it's right for Victor Ruiz to be charged with neglect? Have you ever left your kids in the car while you ran inside quickly? Is this fair?
