New Era 2012 NFL Draft Caps Hit Retail Shelves Today

Buffalo-based New Era Cap is now the official cap company of the National Football League. New Era's line of NFL draft caps are on retail shelves today!

New Era is launching its NFL wear with a line of official draft caps.  Athletes taking part in the 2012 draft will wear New Era's 59FIFTY fitted caps. Family, friends and agents will wear 39THIRTY stretch fit and 9FIFTY adjustable caps.

New Era CEO Christopher Koch is quoted in a news release as saying, "“It’s every football player’s dream to be drafted into the National Football League and with that dream comes the moment of putting on their cap and representing their new team and their new city... We’re thrilled to unveil our 2012 NFL Draft Collection and bring New Era’s unique combination of craftsmanship, technology and fashion to the NFL for years to come.”

New Era holds all rights now to official On Field headwear for the NFL including draft and training collections.

The Draft Collection went on sale at New Era Flagship stores and www.neweracap.com beginning Sunday (yesterday) April 1 at 12:01am with all retail launching globally today!
