More than 60 units and 100 vehicles from organizations across Western New York are expected to participate in the annual Niagara Electric Lights Parade in the Town of Niagara on Saturday.

The event is sponsored by the Town of Niagara Business and Professional Association, the United Way of Niagara, Niagara USA Chamber, the Niagara-Wheatfield Kiwanis Club and the Town of Niagara.

The parade starts at 5:30 p.m. on Military Road from Fourth Avenue to the Kmart parking lot.

Those attending are asked to bring a nonperishable food item for Community Missions of Niagara Frontier. Donations will be collected along the parade route or can be dropped off at at Fourth Street and Military Road, as well as at the reviewing stand near Firth Jewelers and at Tops Markets, 4235 Military Road, and the United Way of Niagara, 3000 Military Road.
