Oh, It’s Sooo Cold In L.A. [VIDEO]

Apparently they are getting hit with an arctic chill.  

I mean, we are only expecting 4-6 inches of snow, but they have it really bad.

These are actual new reports from California talking about how "cold" it is. In fact, it was sooo cold, people went through the drive-thru instead of getting out of their cars in order to stay warm.

Are you kidding me?!
