It's official -- Paula Deen has been fired from the Food Network after admitting she's used the N-word (certainly not "nutrition").

Of course, this is only the beginning of the PR nightmare for the 66-year-old Georgia native. Lots of things are beginning to surface, and unfortunately for her, they're not doing wonders for her public image.

The first apology video (apparently, it was "so bad" that they took it down, and put up another one...):

And there's an additional video that's not doing her any favors. Last year, she did an interview for the New York Times, and she spent a lot of time saying things that sounded like she might be trying to defend slavery. But she insisted she wasn't racist, and to prove it, she introduced the audience to a black guy who worked for her. But when she told him to come out on stage, she got kind of racist all over again.
