Piers Morgan Reveals First Guest On New Show

Piers Morgan has snagged a big interview for his first show on CNN!  Piers Morgan has landed media mogul Oprah Winfrey as the first guest on his new CNN talk show.  According to HollywoodReporter.com, the English TV personality will interview Winfrey when "Piers Morgan Tonight" debuts later this month.  Morgan told attendees at a gathering for the Television Critics Association on Thursday that Winfrey was "a great get."  The 45-year-old added, quote, "Everyone has interviewed Oprah over the years.  Is my interview as good as the ones that have been done before?  She thought so.  I guarantee you'll enjoy this one."  "Piers Morgan Tonight" will premiere on CNN on Monday, January 17th. 

Morgan was announced as the replacement for longtime CNN talk show host Larry King last year.  Winfrey, meanwhile, is unfolding her own new TV venture.  The 56-year-old launched the Oprah Winfrey Network, or OWN for short, on New Year's Day.
