Here's a great idea for a date night: Why not have a glass of Chardonnay and make pizza? You can laugh, talk and eat. Those are three of my favirote thing to do! Use this time to ask fun and light questions -- like, "So how many girls are you dating?"Or what about "Do you think I'm fat?" Or "Do you have good or bad credit?" (Just kidding -- seriously, keep it light.)

Making this easy and quick pizza will help keep things light, too. Simply use a Boboli pre-cooked crust.

  • 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomato
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees  Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
    2. Brush oil onto pre-baked pizza crust, covering entire surface. Stack the spinach leaves, then cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips; scatter evenly over crust. Cover pizza with shredded mozzarella, and top with sliced mushrooms.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
