Three young men from Michigan were killed when their vehicle was struck by a car, driven by an 87-year-old Kenmore man, traveling the wrong way on the I-190 on Grand Island. The crash is one of several tragedies over the last year involving elderly drivers raising the question of whether seniors should have to take driving tests once they reach a certain age. What do you think?
