Should Fireworks Be Legal In New York State? [POLL]

With the Fourth of July coming up this long weekend I'm sure we'll be hearing on the news about some unfortunate person who was injured while lighting fireworks in their yard.  Many states like Pennsylvania and Virginia openly sell fireworks in storefronts. 

 This begs the question,  Should fireworks be legal in New York State?
