Snow Cream

I am originally from New Jersey, where we had snow at least a couple of times a winter, and I had to move to North Carolina, where they almost never get snow, to hear about this recipe.

It’s super easy and pretty yummy. I have had people tell me that you can vary what you add to it depending on your taste.

Snow Cream

Ingredients

8 cups snow, or shaved ice
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Place snow or shaved ice into a large bowl. Pour condensed milk over and add vanilla. Mix to combine. Serve immediately in bowls.
