SPCA Of Niagara To Be Investigated By Erie Co. Counterpart [VIDEO]

An investigation of the SPCA of Niagara by its Erie County counterpart will be wide-ranging and public.

Erie County SPCA Executive Director Barbara Carr, will spearhead the probe of the local shelter.

“(The investigation) is not limited at all,” she said. “I would not have agreed to it if it was limited and I would not have agreed if the final report was not public.”

The Board of Directors of the Erie County SPCA voted Thursday afternoon to allow Carr to conduct the Niagara County investigation.
