I'm more of a "toaster oven" chef than I am a gourmet. The majority of the food in my house is purchased to be fast and easy. I love though, when there's enough time, to start from scratch. We've been talking barbecue on the air this week because of the Taste of Barbecue Nationals this weekend at the Eastern Hills Mall. Which got me thinking about barbecue sauce!
Summer is still going strong and there's plenty of time left to enjoy good barbecue!

May 22, 2011 Tis the season for grilling. In my opinion grilling is the easiest way to cook up a delicious and satisfying dinner. There's less to clean up too. Gotta love those paper plates. But the debate rages on: Should I go charcoal or gas?
