The 120th annual YMCA Turkey Trot is officially sold out!

Summer has always been my favorite season in Buffalo, and as the city continues to develop along the waterfront, the views are just incredible. Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to see Buffalo from the water.

If you haven't heard by now, I'm thrilled to once again be a radio personality in Buffalo New York. Above is a view through a window on the 12th floor of The Rand Building in downtown where the MIX 96 studios are located. I never knew just how historic this building is.

According to "The City Observatory," Buffalo, NY is a place that more and more young adults are calling home.

It was in the suburbs of Buffalo, New York where I grew up, and I'm proud of it. I've learned over the years that Western New York is full of hard workers, great people and, fun people that have built this city to what it is today, a city that many are proud of. I am not afraid to say, I'm Mark Richards and, I'm from Buffalo!
