Buffalo For Real

Can somebody please confirm whether or not Hollywood actor Clint Eastwood actually passed through Buffalo recently due to a flat tire, needing the assistance of the friendly neighbors of the Queen City? I'm having a hard time believing this.

The city's marketing campaign "Buffalo: For Real" left me wanting, but I have to admit I am impressed by the video released by the CVB. It is a GREAT look at Buffalo's positive attributes.
