Is taking selfies actually bad for you? Aside from the obvious, that taking selfies is a distraction, especially when driving, crossing the street...some say they are bad for you in other ways.
This is admittedly a delicate subject, but one BOTH Eric and I have seen as of late in our Facebook feeds.
