A few weeks ago we learned the unfortunate reasoning behind HBO's decision to pass on the long-gestating adaptation of Neil Gaiman's 'American Gods,' somewhat dashing hope the series might ever get made. Now, the 'American Gods' have found new life under development from Starz, with 'Hannibal' creator Bryan Fuller and 'Heroes'' Michael Green at the helm.

I'm sure Shadow writes about me when I'm not home when I leave him to go to work everyday. I fee like a horrible mom!

The picture above is my dog Shadow playing with two other dogs at the Barkyard at LaSalle Park in Buffalo. It's a lab puppy that was all over him and a Jack Russell, but they played really well together, and Shadow was exhausted the rest of the night. He loves going to the Barkyard to "play with the puppies." I love it for the view and the people.
