Having different attitudes toward different people keeps you from being the best version of yourself.

Delilah explains to look inward and reflect on your attitude when creating a true relationship with someone.

I read this little truth the other day: A person who is nice to you but not nice to the waiter is not a nice person. Have you ever been in a situation like that where you're sitting with a friend at lunch and everything is fun and light - until you see your friend's demeanor change when he or she starts talking to the waitress? All of a sudden your friend gets a little huffy and puffy with a better-than-you attitude and you sit there cringing, just hoping no one spits in your food. That kind of attitude makes me dizzy with anger, and it makes for a quick trip to "ugly town." No one looks good when they talk down to others, it's just a fact.

My dad used to say, "Sis, beauty may only be skin deep but ugly goes clear to the bone." When someone is unkind, selfish or has an ugly attitude, it takes over their whole being. You can have the most beautiful face on the planet but if your attitude stinks, you're going to have a hard time making friends. As a result, you'll never be truly happy.

Your greatest potential, best conversations, truest relationships and happiest self relies greatly on how you treat others around you. Don't ever let the burden of mean, guilt-ridden behavior weigh you down and keep you from becoming the best version of yourself.

Today I want to leave you with a little tip; you could call it a "beauty tip." In fact, it's probably the best beauty advice to date: Look inward and reflect on your attitude, so it will show in outward kindness toward people. There is nothing more beautiful on a person than a smile, and we all have one, so show it off - for those you love, for those you work with, and for those you may only encounter briefly. It's a quick, easy and free makeover that I encourage you to apply in your life this week...
