As a single woman, I've ordered my fair share of "table for one" pizzas...but no one seems to want to deliver just one or two slices. So you're almost always stuck with leftovers.

While there's positively nothing wrong with cold pizza (it's one of my favorite breakfast foods actually), if you want to reheat it to its original ooey gooey cheesiness, it can be difficult (especially if you're not patient enough to let the oven heat up).

You know the challenge: If you put it in the microwave, you end up with a soggy crust for the triangle portion of the slice, and the crust gets rock hard. I've heard that putting a half a glass of water in the microwave with the pizza can help combat this. I've never tried it. But I will.

Here's another method though...

Just put a slice or two of pizza in the skillet, turn on the burner and wait. You'll know when it's ready, as the cheese will start to melt. That's it. Crisp, hot, leftover pizza.
