Unblinking Eyes Track Employees

I say that sometimes when employee production can be tracked, it hurts some and helps those who are doing an excellent job.

If you aren't producing for a company, and I was the owner, I would love to track how my money is being spent inside the company and get rid of those who are wasting my money. Being watched at work can sometimes be over the line and makes those being watched/monitored very uncomfortable in the workplace. It's a healthy balance.
