Western New York has had it's share of wet weather lately. Plenty of flood watches and warnings. Washed out weekends. And more rain expected this coming week. Grass can't get cut, outdoor activities cancelled. But we've got it pretty good here. In Louisiana this weekend they opened the Morganza spillway for the first time in decades. The water released will flood 3,000 square miles of Bayou country in an effort to spare the cities of Baton Rouge and New Orleans from further flooding. Here's an update from NBC News.
