- White flour, pasta, bread, rice- all of the good nutrients have been removed
- High Fructose Corn Syrup- This boosts fat storing hormones
- Artificial Sweeteners- They trick you into eating more
- Sodium Benzoate-benzene is a known carcinogen
- Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA)- a food preservative
- Sodium Nitrates and Sodium Nitrites
- Blue green and yellow coloring-No artificial coloring
