Tonight is Supermoon Saturday!  At 11:34 tonight to be exact,  the full moon will appear 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter than normal  as it orbits slightly closer to Earth according to NASA scientists.  The moon will then line up with the sun just one minute later.  It is called a "supermoon" because it is a very noticeable alignment.  The moon isn't really any closer, it just looks that way.  For best "mooning" results  be sure to gaze at moonrise or moonset.
